Founded in 1885, the Lake County Medical Society’s mission is to help provide quality medical care for the residents of Northeast Ohio through promotion of professionalism in the practice of medicine.
In 2001, the LCMS expanded its membership categories. “Affiliate” and “Non-Resident” status were added. An affiliate member is any podiatrist, oral surgeon, dentist, psychologist, physician assistant, nurse practitioner licensed to practice in Ohio. A Non-Resident is any physician licensed in Ohio who live and/or practice in Lake County and who hold Active membership in another OSMA affiliated county medical society. Annual dues for Affiliate and Non-resident members are $150.00 and should be paid directly to the LCMS. A check made out to the “Lake County Medical Society” may be mailed to LCMS PO Box 103, Wickliffe, Ohio 44092. |
